Originally removed from a 2019 Skoda Karoq, drivers side, lens is nice and clear but does have some minor damage, a scuff (close up picture added) and a very small crack at the bottom but still looks water tight and sealed. Bottom rear lug has snapped off but others look fine and untouched. Module is also included but will likely need programming to match your vehicle.
