For sale is an antique miniature snooker/billiards table.

Is was made by Slazenger in the late 19th - early 20th century.

It has a bone  Slazenger &  Sons badge at one end.

The table is made from a reddish wood, possibly mahogany. It seems to have been recently recovered with baize and has new, red-twine pockets. The brass pocket holders look to be original. The cushions are soft and springy; they feel like rubber.

It sits on four, turned wooden legs.

The playing bed is slate.

One or two of the wooden mushroom-head screw covers along the sides have little chips where they have been removed and replaced at some time.

It comes with a set of miniature balls which measure 25mm across. They are not original to the table.

It measures 82 x 43 x 12cm.

Please feel free to ask any questions.

I acquired the table as part of a joblot, so know little of its history. It seems to have been recovered by someone skilled.

There is a little age-related wear and tear  - please see photos.
