Fabulous oil painting depicting what appears to be Dutch boats. Oil on canvas that appears to be stretched over board. The paint is textured. Framed but unfortunately the frame is damaged as you can hopefully see from the pictures. Also, the painting got wet and unfortunately made the paper / canvas /  media it is painted on wavy.

I could not see a signature.
