What happens on purchasing?

You can either have the registration allocated to your vehicle or held a retention certificate. Someone from team will be in touch shortly after your purchase to manage your sale and discuss your requirements.

What happens to my vehicle documents?

Upon successful completion of the transfer your old logbook/v5 becomes redundant. Your new V5 (logbook) will be issued by DVLA in 3-5 working days with your new registration on it.

How long does the process take?

Online applications are instant. Postal application will take around 10 working days. (DVLA queue's dependent)
