We are the original owners.  We TRIPLE checked every piece, using the official parts list on Bricklink.com.

• Set was put together, barely played with, displayed for a year or two and then carefully stored away
• PIECES are clean and have minimal wear (no cracks, dings, etc)
• MINIFIGURES are in great shape with no cracks or issues 
• MANUAL is in good condition but does have a tear on the front page that was repaired

All pieces (including minifigs) are separated into reclosable bags and ready to be put together. Minifigs come assembled, as seen in pictures. (NOTE: Last photo is a stock photo.)
