I have many vintage arcade PCBs for sale on eBay right now. These PCBs have been in dry storage and have not been used for over 30 years. I have no way of testing the items and I am selling them here honestly described as 'untested' without warranty or return. Assume them to be faulty and not working to avoid any disappointment.
