VERY RARE--ENRON CORP Executive Impact & Influence Program Award--Lead Crystal--8" X 4" X 3/8" Plate with 2"  Logo Cube

This award was given to top level executives selected from all the Enron subsidiaries upon completion of a six month training course in Leadership.  There were only 250 of these awards produced.  The program put emphasis on Credibility, Commitment and Forward Thinking as well as covering Readiness, Self Improvement, Character, Trust, Composure, Courage, Caring, Motivation and Feedback.  All of these traits are etched on the surface of the lead crystal plate and filled in with black as well as the word Leadership etched in large type on the back and filled in with black showing that all of the traits on the front help make up Leadership .   Attached to the lead crystal plate is a 2" lead crystal cube (all edges are faceted) displaying the Enron Corp logo formed by laser bubbles in the center of the cube.  This was obviously a very costly award to produce and is quite heavy.

As we all know, these traits somehow got lost by the executives and the Enron Corp ship went down.
