Vintage 70's Plum Vainqueur Steel Cyclocross/Gravel frame frameset, Campagnolo

The frame dates from the late 1970s.
Campagnolo pads front and rear.
Not sure what type of tubing it is, but my guess is ishawatta 22.
The frame was equipped with Wolber classic cross tires, which are +-25 mm, but I suspect that 27/28 mm should fit.

Attention! The frame has heavy traces of use, paint damage/scratches, and heavy rust on both the frame and fork (seems like surface rust to me).
Furthermore, a small dent is noticeable on the top tube (photo 19) and on the seat tube due to mounting the front derailleur (photo 11-12). Furthermore, there are still noticeable dents on the seat tube, but these seem to me to be imperfections in the frame. (photo 22-23). I suspect the frame already had this when new.

This frame deserves new paint or certainly some TLC. With its short reach 55cc top tube (size 58 cc seat tube), this seems like a very comfortable frame for long off-road rides to me.

The frame is in heavy used condition, paint damage, signs of use and heavy patina rust, both on the front fork and frame.
Take a close look at the pictures for the state of the frame, please use zoom for more detail.
