Cleaning out our family garage and found this vintage tool that belonged to our great-grandfather Producer George Sherwood (who was married to American silent-film actress Pauline Starke). 

The plane has a great feel!  Patina is maintained. Please note there are work marks and age staining on the body. Also some scratch work marks on the bottom from use.
