Please review our terms before bidding:

Payment is due within two (2) days from close of auction. If you need more time, please let us know. Please understand that as a general rule, we ask for auctions you win to be paid for promptly. We don’t offer the option of waiting around until we list more items for combined shipping. To save on shipping, bid to win and we will send your combined invoice at the close of auctions which end on a single day. Thanks for understanding that this is how we run our business in an organized and efficient manner.

Jewel Cases: We are careful in our packaging and only very rarely have reports of broken cases. We know how to pack CDs but at the same time understand that cases can only be protected within reason. In other words, we can’t pack a $20 CD in concrete and charge you $100 to ship it. In the unlikely event of a broken case, we refund $2.00 per case or send a replacement. Given the easy availability and low price of jewel cases, we think this is fair. We do not accept returns on a CD where the only issue is a damaged jewel case. Collect CDs? Keep some extra jewel cases around.;-)

Items Not As Described: If you feel any CD you receive has been incorrectly graded, simply let us know. We are very careful to be fair in our grading. Please assume that we act in good faith and we will assume the same about you. Some people may not realize it but all it can take when you are listing multiple items is to accidentally select the wrong pull-down menu option or forget to change out a grade from your last listing, so errors can happen. Rest assured that we will never intentionally grade something misleadingly but mistakes happen and disagreements (though extremely rare for us) can happen.

Grading: We are succinct because we feel this works. Please use a little logic when looking at grades. Obviously Mint is going to be flawless, Near Mint is going to be darned near flawless, EX might have a little sign of the lightest wear or a light scratch that doesn't impact anything. VG+ might have some wear, etc. eBay has a menu when listing CDs that goes from Like New to Very Good. We hope that you will remember that Like New is an eBay term and we prefer Near Mint, but most of the time a Near Mint item will be Like New anyhow. At the same time, be reasonable. CDs are meant to be played and the music experienced. You don’t have a friend over and say “Let’s sit and stare at how clean this CD looks under a 100 watt light!” We check all used discs carefully, but if you feel an error has been made, simply contact us to arrange a return at our expense.

Grading of Cases: We don't grade them, but generally speaking they will be without any cracks or issues beyond very minor. The only time we might grade a case is if is unusual or not a standard case. We replace broken cases unless it's a lift lock, specialized or a heavy-duty case from Japan or West Germany, etc. where we feel it would be up to you. And even then if it is too bad, it gets tossed and replaced. But a couple of minor cracks on a smooth-sided original case? That we would not replace.

All CDs are packed with special attention. Our job is to get it to you exactly as described and we work hard to strive for perfection in this regard.
