It is a silver tone metal buckle with black and clear rhinestones mounted throughout the design. It is missing two of the clear rhinestones at the bottom center(see photos), those should be easy to replace if you live anywhere near a Hobby Lobby, other than that it is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-5/8" x 3", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 4.8 oz. Please ask any questions before you buy and look at all the photos, what you see is what you are buying.
