BPOE Elk Dress Belt Buckle Clock Enameled Blue White Vtg 80s InStyle BOA ...a super cool old Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, B.P.O.E., elk dress belt buckle. It is a heavier, round, silver tone metal buckle with enamel coloring, made back in the 1980s by InStyle / Buckles Of America. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 2-1/2" x 2-1/2", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 5 oz.
