This is a heavier, gold tone metal buckle with a red enamel fill, made in the U.S.A., by Hit Promotional Products back in the 1990s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2", it fits 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 5.6 oz.
