POST - All purchases paid for by 23:30 are despatched on the morning of the next working day (occasionally we do despatch on Saturdays) and YES we do combine postage. Once items are packed and weighed and the correct postage is calculated, any overpaid postage is refunded to the customer.  

Important notice

When you receive your parcel please take careful note of any damage that might be visible to the packaging or your item.

If you notice any damage to the packaging, or your item, when the courier is present, DO NOT accept the delivery and please notify us, an investigation will commence immediately and we will be in a position to refund you the minute we receive the item back.

If the damage was not immediately visible to you, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can begin an investigation and advise you what is needed from you to help get an investigation started. Our goal is for your order to reach you in the same condition it left us.
