Industriële apparaten Welder Fantasy JET TIG III zijn microprocessorlasbronnen op basis van IGBT-technologie, geschikt voor het lassen van koolstofstaal, roestvrij staal, zuurbestendig staal, koper, messing, magnesium, titanium, alle aluminiumlegeringen en plasmasnijden.

Machines die worden gevoed met 230 V spanning zijn uitgerust met een PFC-module (Power Factor Correction) - waarmee de arbeidsfactor kan worden verhoogd tot waarden die zo dicht mogelijk bij 1 liggen om verliezen in industriële leidingen te beperken.

Het apparaat van de hoogste klasse zet nieuwe standaarden onder de AC/DC-lasmachines, en het vriendelijke bedieningspaneel zorgt voor selectie van alle benodigde werkparameters.

Andere voordelen van pulserend zijn een kleinere warmte-invloedzone, een hogere boogstabiliteit en een grotere inbranddiepte. stabiliteit van de boog en een grotere inbranddiepte en een beter uiterlijk van het lasoppervlak.

- GEAVANCEERD AC - AC DC gemengd lassen -. In een enkele cyclus is er een overgang tussen wisselstroom AC en DC met negatieve polariteit DC (-). Deze cyclus wordt herhaald gedurende het lasproces. Lassen met gemengde stroom is vooral nuttig bij het verbinden van elementen van verschillende dikte. De geluidsemissie is ook in vergelijking met AC-lassen.

- HOT START - een functie die de stroom verhoogt wanneer de boog wordt ontstoken, wat het starten van het lassen vergemakkelijkt.
