This is a Used Original CURVED PANEL at Forward Edge of REAR PARCEL SHELF for Alfa Romeo GIULIETTA / Giulia SPRINT models. 42 1/2 inches across at top edge and 40 3/4" at lower edge. It is as pictured bare metal with no vinyl covering. I believe some insulation was used at back side. You can strip it and paint it with a rust inhibitor and then cover in vinyl to match your interior.
