We allow 3-4 days for despatch, but items are often sent within 1-2 days of receiving payment if we have volunteers available to pack and despatch. Items can also be collected in person from Wessex Cancer Trust’s Head Office at SO53 2GG during office hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (except Bank Holidays) and we will send you the telephone number and collection details once payment has been received. WE ASK BUYERS TO PLEASE RING US FIRST BEFORE COMING TO COLLECT AN ITEM AS IT MAY NOT ALREADY BE AT THIS LOCATION.
