This is a LuLaRoe maxi skirt in size small.  It measures 15" across the waist, and 42" from waist to hem.  Note, the hem is meant to be folded over or rolled, so the skirt can be shorter than the total length measurements.  Please let me know if you have any questions or would like more info.  Thanks for looking!
