Delivery details

Items will be shipped in 2 to 3 businesses day of receiving cleared payment.
Once shipped, shipping times are estimated as follows:

UK: 2-4 weeks. Europe: 3-5 weeks, The rest of the world: 3-6 weeks. If you have not received your shipment within 6 weeks ( UK Buyers) or 7 weeks ( EU buyers) from payment, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We take responsibility for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.

Your item will ususally arrive within the estimated shipping time, however, pls note that there are certain circumstances that we unfortunately cannot control (i.e. weather condition, delay by postal office, local customs, etc)

We use the ebay official authorized Speedpak shipping service. We can also provide express post by EMS(4-15 days) or DHL(4-8 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 30 or higher. If you want post by EMS or DHL, please contact us. Very reasonalbe shipping fee will be charged

ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOUR EBAY ADDRESS. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE POSTAL ADDRESS IS CORRECT. UNDELIVERED ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR SENT AGAIN.

Personalised products have been made to your specific requirements, please note it is not possible to return personalised products. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ORDER WRONG MODEL. Before to purchase, please check exactly what is your phone model.

If the Product you have purchased is faulty or it is not as we describe it, then within 30 days of the day of its delivery you may exercise the right for a refund.

Please contact us via ebay message to get the return shipping address. The goods must be returned in resalable condition(unmarked and undamaged and in its original box and original condition along with all its accessories and packaging. Buyer is responsible for P&P cost.
Any damages during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours on receipt.
Accident, neglect, misuse and normal wear and tear are not covered by this policy.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
