1. This policy applies to users of the 'Ebay' platform and any entities of 'Ebay', including purchases made both domestically and internationally.

2. By entering a 'Bid', the User enters a legal contract to complete the purchase and payment of goods if the User's entered bid is the 'Winning' sum at the time of Auction end; usually 24 hours, but sometimes up to 7 days.

3. The user agrees to pay the attached 'Shipping' fee, which is non-negotiable and inclusive of product handling,  shipping, and any fees or commissions that are to be recovered by eBay from Luxor Plaza.
