Manual has no pen/pencil writing, no loose or torn pages. Manual does have water damage located at bottom corner, see last picture for detail. Cart contacts are in excellent condition. Games has been tested on a snes converter and Retron 5 and work without issues. Plastic protector will be included. Please see pictures for visual detail. In my opinion this is in good condition for a used game of 31 years.
