Vermont Teddy Bear Company Happy Clown Polka Dot jointed plush stuffed animal measures approximately 15" inches or so.
He is brown and has brown eyes. He comes wearing a blue hat with yellow flower, red and blue shirt, polka dot pants with suspenders, red and white clown shoes, and a red balloon.
