This phone is repkacement from Verizon. I Never  used it. I got it as a replacement and decided to switch service. According to Verizon, it is unlocked. I will provide the I. M. EI number to make sure it is consistent with your Carrier. It comes with the used case that is in the picture which has a Built-in screen protector that has some light scratches on it, but works fine.
