Wedgwood dark blue teapot. 4  3/4” tall (top of lid finial) and 8 3/4” wide (spout to end of a handle). Handle was broken off and glued back on.  Tip of a spout is not a chip, it’s just lighter in color. 2 spots of discoloration on top of teapot between spout and lid.
