EXCHANGES:-
Unfortunately we do not offer direct exchanges due to stock control, we will issue a refund upon receipt of the return (see return instructions below for returns). If the order is 
urgent some customers repurchase whilst they await the refund.

To request a return:
1. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select "Return this item" from the More actions drop-down menu.
 2. Select the reason for the return. 
3. Then follow the on screen instructions. 
Once we receive the return we will refund you within 1-6 days of receiving the returned item.

NOTE:- Please DO NOT send an item back without first going through the eBay returns process stated above. We will not be able to process your return until you have completed this stage.
