Signed EW handled gutter plane 12 & 1/2" long having a Mottram Howarth 1 & 3/8" blade" which does not have the correct profile" for the plane.  The plane has 2 lignum inserts on the bottom. There is an owners brand on the side which I cannot make out. The blade fits the plane but someone modified  the profile, it could be reworked to fit the profile.
