A NICE Kodak Retina IIa rangefinder camera from the mid 50’s (date of the instruction book is 11/53), in VERY nice condition. Beautiful cosmetic condition. The lens is clean, minimal dust, NO fungus. The rangefinder is good for being 70 years old! The shutter works at all speeds, but does seem a bit slow, perhaps a stop. It looks like the bellows have been repaired at some point in time, but they did a good job, NO leaks. Useable as-is, or it’s a prime choice for a good CLA, as nothing is broken, just old, gummy lubricant inside. A common issue on cameras of a certain age, any repair technician over 65 has probably done dozens of these.

This comes with the aforementioned instruction book (printed in the US!), original case & strap (again, made in the US!), the rare-as-hens-teeth Kodak Flashpost Adapter (so you can use a bayonet style flash gun with the PC plug camera, still in the original envelope. Lastly, a Series VI (6) filter adapter, shade, and a Tiffen Photar close-up lens.

I’m happy to answer any questions, thanks for looking!
