Watch winds, runs, and sets. Balance is a bit sluggish, I think a cleaning would be recommended for this watch. 

Case is a Crescent 25 year but is an early white gold fill, almost all in this style were yellow gold filled.

Movement is a series 4 with 17 jewels, adjusted, damascene nickel finish with screw down gold jewel settings. 

Dial is White porcelain, double sunk, with black graphics and red 5 minute markers.  Dial shows some hairlines, is centered by blued steel hands, and is covered by the original glass crystal.
