Indistinctly Signed Framed Contemporary Watercolour Lone Fisherman On Wide River

Lovely tranquil, almost misty scene of a lone fisherman on the bend of a wide river on a hazy morning. Could be England or Scotland, although it has a big open sky which has a look of the East of England. Lots of shading and muted colours of yellows, greys and greens with a pink tinge to the sky. Indistinctly signed in the bottom right corner with initials JR and what looks like surname of Hardister or something similar. Framed in natural slim wood with gold inner and double mounted in cream and white. In very good condition with no damage and a clean, contemporary finish. Please see photos
