A stylish Arts and Crafts silver plated on brass light fitting together with a frosted glass light shade. This shade and fitting came together and are a good fit. I imagine this shade and fitting would date to circa 1905.
Condition. There are no chips or cracks to the glass shade. Some very minor light rubs. There is a small bubble in the glass. The silver plated fitting has no damage or repairs. However, a lot of the silver plate has worn off allowing the brass to show through. There is some tarnishing. Please view all the photos.
Approx size. Max height of shade, light fitting and the bulb holder together is approx 17cm. Max diameter of bottom opening of the shade is 12.75cm.
