This is a solid brass buckle with raised image and lettering, made in Taiwan back in the 1970s-80s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/8" x 1-7/8", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 3.4 oz.
