Rings when you win,  top lights up, dispenses coins ( I used  up to 3 quarters)

Light at top flashes.

Uses 2 AA batteries.

Missing bottom plastic piece, but still holds coins for winning dispensal.

Maybe tape for  heavier use, or  to use as a bank.

Push the lever in bottom opening to retrieve coins.
