Box: Very Good, all corners in good shape. 7th printing

Rules Booklet: Very Good, some pencil writing inside, but I have used a professional eraser and removed it. If you really look, you might see some remnants.  Staple rust is evident. Really a clean book.

The Keep on the Borderlands: Very Good, the centerfold map/tables is detached at one staple. There is a medium sized stain on the last page as well, as another on the inside cover of the map. Otherwise, it's a pretty clean book.
