2 berth with 4 belted travel seats. This motorhome is in superb condition. This can only be described as a luxury motorhome with its light modern interior and full two tone leather upholstery. It comes with in excess of £20K worth of extras. Powerful and economical (28mpg+) Fiat 2.3 160bhp (Euro 6) engine which has been professionally remapped to 200bhp by Pendle Performance. It has the new ZF 9 speed fully automatic gearbox. The Bürstner dimensions are: length 6.99m width 2.30m height 2.98m.

The ixeo is exceptionally comfortable, like all Bursrners its build quality is exceptional. The Ixeo is beautifully appointed and fully winterised. In addition the vehicle has a massive amount of fitted extras.

Historically we have previously owned four motorhomes two Rapido's, one Hymer and a Laika. This one has been the best one by far with regard to build quality and practicality. It is such a brilliant design, a practical and easy to drive vehicle thanks to the automatic gearbox and powerful engine. Having had previous experience we selected this layout purely for comfort and storage space and storage space it has in bucket loads. You will see from the description below there has been no expense spared with all of the additions added professionally to this motorhome. The Burstner has been tailored for touring abroad months at a time Spain/Portugal in the winter and France/Italy in late summer, on or off grid. The equivalent motorhome new with all of the additions costs in excess of £120k. The ixeo TL 680G has been meticulously serviced mechanically and will be supplied with a full habitation certificate and 12 months MOT; everything works as it should. It also benefits from Burstner’s 10 year ingress/damp warranty with 6+ years to run so no worries on that score.

The rear garage is well designed, large, practical and has been recently lined with aluminium. There is also internal underfloor floor storage.

General description:

A very spacious front continental lounge with large adjustable table, this space in such a compact vehicle, is made possible due to the king size electrically operated double bed which descends very low for easy access, no ladder or steps required. It’s also worth mentioning the bed has a very comfortable proprietary foam mattress. A drop-down Smart Avtex television is discreetly fitted within a cupboard serving both the bed above and the lounge area below, generous kitchen area with stainless sink and drainer, full (unused) Thetford cooker, grill and three burner hob with extractor, large fridge with separate freezer. Exceptionally spacious toilet, wash/dressing room and shower. At the rear of the dressing area is ample wardrobe and storage space. All this bathroom/dressing-room area can be totally closed off for privacy by a sliding wooden door. Fire extinguisher, fire-blanket, smoke detector are present, LED lighting and ambience lighting is fitted throughout. Blackout blinds and fly screens are present on all windows and the main habitation door has a fly screen installed. In the front are two comfortable large leather swivel captain seats, cab air climate control, Pioneer audiovisual sound system with Apple Car Play or Android equivalent, this system has been professionally enhanced with a 2400 watt amplifier; all the original speakers have been replaced with Audison premium speakers and a large down firing subwoofer sits under one of the seats. A mirror mounted integrated reversing camera x 2 Sony cameras, electric windows. 4 belted seats. It is a superb, comfortable drive and handles exceptionally well for either long or short journeys. It has Truma warm air central heating throughout, including the garage area. The Truma 6E Combi boiler also delivers more than ample hot water whether you are showering or washing up, the Truma Combi draws its energy via gas or electric. The combination of the large lithium battery and inverter means that at the flick of a switch you have 240v power for your coffee machine kettle, toaster, microwave, hairdryer etc.

There is an external hot and cold shower point and shower unit, great for days on the beach or if you happen to own a dog.

USB chargers, because we all need them; ample have been fitted throughout the motorhome. These are in addition to the cab charging facilities.

One previous owner; we purchased the Burstner early last year. It has been a perfect vehicle for us but sadly however we are having to sell due to my C1 licence renewal problem, if there were no issues we would be keeping it. We are non-smokers and have no pets.

The motorhome is ready to go. We have all the original Burstner manuals as well as individual manuals for the equipment onboard, service documents and two sets of keys.
