Used three times since buying new - 2 days, 2 days, 1 day - never rained on

Kept indoors and dry whilst stored - was in still in very good condition when last erected and was cleaned.

The chimney flap has not been cut. 

Unable to take it out to check current condition due to size and I live in a 3rd floor flat - therefore I do not take responsibility for the current condition - I remind you that it is “used”……!

There are marks and signs of use from storage on the case/bag. It still fully protects the tent but is stained and has a small tear

I cannot post it due to weight and size

I will include a wood burning stove and chimney to anyone who COLLECTS - it is rusted and used, but still in usable condition. This is an added bonus to anyone who COLLECTS - it will not be posted!!!!

1100mm tall

400mm wide

500mm thick

(It is cylindrical not not quite equal)

Approximately 32kg.

The stove is an added extra for those that are collecting - it will need to be posted separately at the buyers cost - so do not expect it to be posted as part of the sale.
