The condition of the set is like new, all of the DVDs have nice cases, inserts, artwork. Discs 7,8,10 and 23 do have very small marks

and those are singular marks not multiple scratches.  There are some price stickers on the cases. So this is a very nice set for any trekie looking for physical media, the series as the creators originally envisioned it. Take part in the great debate of what release is best ,I kind of remember  that was a thing at one point.
