It has it's share of patina, some corrosion and paint wear, but it displays real nice. Would make a great wall hanger. It is off of a girl's 26" bike, looks like it could work for a boys bike also. I would guess from the late 50's, could be 60's. The guard measures almost 22 inches long, about 18-1/2" between mounting brackets.
