This is a OOAK Barbie and Skipper Doll Accessories, the Felt Cat with a new friend Smirkle the Mouse. They are both made of repurposed Mattel fabric and white felt. This fabric was used in Barbie's famous black and white swimsuit. 

On the fronts I have embroidered black noses and black and white whiskers. The edges are trimmed with black thread. Smirkle the Mouse has a permanent smirk and has Mattel pink buttons for eyes.

They have great balance and can stand alone. The felt cat is approximately the same size as the original Mattel felt cat for Dreamtime #1909 yet this one has googly eyes. These black and white striped cat and mouse are SO CUTE!
