This is an authorized product manufactured and sold by Bandai under license from Island Edge in Maui, Hawaii around 1998. This is a high quality product because it is a Japanese manufacturer with an established reputation for quality, allowing for high performance play.  Some current products are with aged beads, but this item is fitted with beads with specifications as of 1998. In other words, if you play the Jitter ring for 100+ hours while polish tuning the beads, you will have your own good ring.
Jitter ring is made of stainless steel rods in the shape of rings and welded together, so all products have welding marks and are slightly uneven. You polish it with sandpaper, etc., to make Jitter ring to your liking.
