These black cargo trousers have a 31" inside leg, other measurements are on the photos. They have only been out of the packaging for me to try on but they come up very small, more like a 14-16 (I ordered an 18 and that's what they are labelled as). It's a shame as I really like them, the fabric is soft so they should be comfortable.
