It is a smaller, gold and silver tone metal buckle, marked: Heavy Silver Plate On Jewelers Bronze, made by Crumrine Mfg., back in the 80s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some minor wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 2-1/8" x 2-1/8" and it fits a 1" wide belt.
