I have owned this from new in 2007 & it has been in storage ever since - never used or displayed - so is brand new / near mint (see below).
(NB: The Wall Statue was removed from the box prior to storage and the box was stored separately, but the statue was never used or displayed. Unfortunately in storage the statue was slightly damaged and a result the three claws on the right wing & the right wing itself - at the shoulder point - have been repaired <see photographs 9, 10 & 11>. Not at all noticeable when displayed, only mentioning for clarity. 'Evo-Stik' Serious Glue was used and is very stable. The huge original picture box is complete with all original internal / custom polystyrene inners so the statue should arrive in perfect ready to hang & display condition as shown <see below>. Due to the minor repairs this incredibly rare statue has been priced accordingly).

In the highly unlikely event the repairs become dislodged in transit - as all original internal packaging / padding is included & all will be double-boxed with extra protection, but couriers are a strange breed - I would recommend 'Evo-Stik' Serious Glue to re-attach as already used, it is very strong & gives a permanent bond).
