Sterling Silver Teetotum/Put and Take - Egyptian Hallmark for 1916-17.
Roughly 3.35cm in length, a diameter of  about 1.7cm-1.9cm, withan eight sided main body, each side with red or black enamelled game directives.
The body is almost bullet like in finish, and given the directives seem to be in English, at is evidently made for an English or at least European market.
It is well hallmarked, marked 'Sterling' on one side.
It also has a three part hallmark that looks to be Egyptian, and if the date letter R is correctly identified it would date it to 1916-17, so about in line with WWI.
It is left as found, wear commensurate with age, and some teething marks around the top, however, still a nice   example and fairly unusual if it is indeed Egyptian, so please check the photos for a closer inspection.
