This is rare as rocking horse poo. Its was made by Okay in Sweden and the set weighs nearly 19kg. It is the equivalent of the current Sykes sets which would cost around £1000 and is way less substantially built.
The only difference in sizes is this set goes up to 50-110 while the current set only goes to 100mm. This set has 5 mounting tubes instead of just 3 sizes, including by the look of it a significantly more substantial largest size, I can't actually see how the current set will work for mounting a bearing on a shaft if the inner of the mounting tube isn't bigger than the largest ID which it looks like is the case. The mounting tubes in this set are steel and the system for mounting them looks more effective.
I dare say the current sykes set is made in China like everything else these days.
Sad to see this go but i've not used it for years so someone else should have it. That said god forbid i ever need to replace it as i'll probably never see another. If you're a trade professional you'll really appreciate the quality of this beast of a set. Likely better quality and half the price of the new sets.
