Pleated down the front and back, and it flares out from under the arms.  The belt can then be used to give it some shape.  Long sleeves.  Unlined.  Label states dry clean only but it's made from viscose so it would probably hand wash.  

In good used condition.  There is some bobbling in areas on the fabric which I have tried to show in the photos.  However, this doesn't really show up when you are wearing it.  

Approx measurements are: 

Underarm to underarm (one side): 21 inches 

Underarm to hem: 22 inches
