This is a rare US postage stamp featuring the image of the Statue of Liberty in purple color. It has a denomination of 3 cents and was issued between 1951-1960 in the state of Utah. The stamp is in mint never hinged condition and has a handstamped cancellation. It is uncertified and ungraded.
