Comes with cart. Good, played with condition. Hair is in good shape, but may need to be combed/restyled. No haircuts. Wings and antennae are both intact, although wings may show wear like fraying edges, spots where the glue is coming loose, etc. Pony may have light surface dirt, a few stray marks, etc. May also have minor paint wear.
