Starts to boot  when plugged in to charge as shown in photo 2 but does not boot all the way. Screen shows charging but battery level never increases so it most likely needs a new battery. Did not do any further testing. Has scratches on all surfaces like it spent alot of time in a purse or backpack. Comes with stand as shown. Player Only no cables. Parts only no returns.
