The Swan record mailer has just been recently unearthed. The Swan 45 and mailer were procured from the Walter Gates estate, a Swan Records luminary. There aren't many of these Swan white/red labels around !!
I was lucky to procure these Swan White Labels from the Gates estate. One was sold to a top prominent collector on the west coast, one to a top collector on the east coast. One I am keeping in my collection.
This means, this is the one of the last Swan White Label with rare mailer that will be offered for sale.

I was very fortunate to have first choice when
procuring these items from the Walter Gates estate offering, and I
selected the treasures that were in the very best condition. The
promotional Swan Record Mailers that I purchased are all top shelf.
Anything you see for sale, by any other seller, I passed on simply because
I felt they were worn out, in very poor condition, some ripped,
torn, and were used as storage by Mr. Gates, who sometimes stuffed them with records. There were less
then 50 known to exist, and less then 20 are in mint uncirculated, unused condition, and this is one of those very very few MINT examples !! Don't miss it !!

This original Beatles 45 pressed on Swan records is EX/NM showing little to no play, with some paper wisps.
It's extremely rare to find these white labels with red print Swan 45s in this condition, as Beatlemania was ready to explode and these Swan records were absolutely played to death !! Not this one !!! The labels are gorgeous, and stark white. Notice the 45 inside the white sleeve, and you can see how white the labels are !
The original 'She Loves You' sleeve is VG with NO SPLITS & NO WRITING, showing just shelf wear !
You're getting the Super Mega Ultra Rare SWAN record mailer, which has just recently been discovered,
via of Mr. Gates estate. It has been stored for OVER 60 YEARS, and is brilliant gem mint uncirculated, and unused. There are NO splits and NO addresses/names. The flap, even after 60+ years, is fully functional.

in the wax runoff (on both sides). If this is missing, or it appears on one side

machine-stamped S-4182-S while the Virtue Studio is hand etched

OF I'LL GET YOU THAT SERVED AS THE B-SIDE TO SHE LOVES YOU.
THE RECORD LISTS THE GROUP AS "DIE BEATLES" ON ITS 'A' SIDE LABEL.
All copies of these single white labels have "DON'T DROP OUT" with "VIRTUE STUDIO" hand etched markings in their trail off areas. This is the only one of the variations that have red print on white labels.
None have production credits. NO GEORGE MARTIN CREDITS on either side !!
THE GERMAN-LYRIC RECORDING OF "SIE LIEBT DICH" WAS RECORDED
BY THE BEATLES ON JANUARY 29, 1964 AND WAS ISSUED IN GERMANY
ON THE ODEON LABEL IN MID MARCH 1964.

As the two US 1963 Vee Jay single releases 'Please Please Me/Ask Me Why' (VJ 498) and 'From Me To You/Thank You Girl' (VJ 522) did not climb high on the charts, George Martin landed a contact with Philadelphia based Swan Records to release the newest Beatles single, 'She Loves You/I'll Get You'.
A clause in the contract stipulated that if Swan Records were able to sell 50,000 copies of this particular record, they would then have right of first refusal on upcoming Beatles recordings. Unfortunately, this was not to be.
The initial release of the very first original issue was sporting red printing on a glossy white background. The single never made it to the magic number that would have kept the Beatles recording for Swan record label.
When Capitol picked up the Beatles option with their release 'I Want To Hold Your Hand/I Saw Her Standing There', and Beatlemania hit, in 1964, Swan then re-released the single, only this time on a black label with silver print, which was their re-issue label colors. Another release (or re-release) is the blue print on a glossy white background, which was actually released in 1965, and never in tandem with the red on white label May 21, 1964.
On May 21st 1964, Swan released a single pairing "Sie Liebt Dich
(She Loves You)" with the same master recording "I'll Get You" that
served as the B side to "She Loves You". The record lists the group as
"DIE BEATLES" on its A side label. All copies of the original single have white labels with "DON'T DROP OUT" and
have "VIRTUE STUDIO" hand etched markings in the trail off areas, on BOTH sides.
None have any production credits. Fakes and bootlegs don't have the 'Virtue Studio' script.
