You are buying a Kohler utility rack as seen in the pictures and described below. It is stainless steel and looks unused. From handle to handle it measures just over 17". The inside measures just over 14" as the picture shows. I believe this came with a container to put in the hole on one end. Although the container is not included you could put your own to put flatware or whatever you want inside. Small dishes would fit in the slots or just put on top what you want to dry.
